• Review architectural plans for compliance with N.F.P.A. 101 "Life Safety Code", I.B.C. 2000, I.F.C. 2000 and the Baltimore City Code 2003.
• Sprinkler systems, fire alarms plans for compliance N.F.P.A. 13.
• Reviewing over 1500 plans a year.
• Reviewing zoning issues for Fire Department Access.
